RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You want to look as good on the bike as you do off it, so we want to make sure you’re happy with your purchases. If you return an item within 60 days of receipt we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item (excluding postage and packing costs) or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer.
Sorry, but we’re unable to offer exchanges on orders paid for via Paypal. Please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order.
If you wish to exchange an item for any reason, the quickest and simplest way to do this is to place a new order for the items that you want and to return the other items for a refund. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Items can be tried on for sizing but not worn for activity. For hygiene reasons, please do not wear items next to the skin when trying on and do everything in your power to avoid deodorant marks. Bib shorts must be tried on with clean underwear. We’re sorry but any items returned without all original packaging intact and tags attached may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. Goods returned as unused/unworn, that have clearly been worn or washed will be refused.
If you are sending your order back to us, please fill in and enclose the returns form that came with your parcel.
We offer free returns for the following countries: UK, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
If you are returning goods for refund or exchange please use the returns label provided. If returning from Norway or Switzerland then you must also complete the CN22 (Customs Declaration) form and affix it to the address side of the parcel - click here for more details.

WILL I GET BACK THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE AND PACKING CHARGES THAT I PAID IF I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within 14 days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURNS?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 14 days when we're very busy.
HOW DO I RETURN AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
The returns process for international orders is the same as for our customers in the UK. Please just send your returns to:

WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR SOMETHING CHEAPER OR MORE EXPENSIVE?
We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one. That seems fair to us. Sorry, but we're unable to offer exchanges on orders paid for via PayPal.

CN22 CUSTOMS DECLARATION REQUIRED FOR ALL NON-EU COUNTRIES
A completed CN22 form is required to accompany all parcels returned to the UK from non-EU countries. The completed CN22 must be affixed to the address side of the postal box, in so far as possible in the top left-hand corner, beneath your (the sender's) name and address, which must appear on the item.
When completing the CN22 the following text must be used in the section asking for a description of goods being returned:
Returned Goods [INSERT DESCRIPTION OF ITEM(s)]
No Commercial Value
The type of item should be ticked as 'other'.
Details of the weight must be included and then the CN22 form needs to be signed and dated. Please see example CN22 below:
