Sitting down, measure from the base of your neck (just above your collar bones) straight down to the waistband of your shorts.
With your head bent forward, measure from the C7 vertebra (boney point at the base of your neck) straight down to your coccyx (tailbone).
With your arms relaxed by your side, measure from the base of your neck, along your shoulder and down to your wrist.
Taking a deep breathe out, measure around the fullest part of your stomach, keeping the tape horizontal.
With your legs together, measure around the fullest part of your pelvis, keeping the tape horizontal.
This indicates the length of the bib shorts, from the centre of the chamois, along the inner thigh to the end of the cuff.
Measure from the tip of your longest finger to the base of your palm at the wrist to determine the length of your hand. This is your hand length measurement.
B: HAND WIDTH
Wrap the tape measure around your hand at the widest part of the palm and make a fist before taking the measurement. This is your hand width measurement.
